Flying Saci Game Studio Ltd. built the Mathmages game as a Freemium game. This SERVICE is provided by Flying Saci Game Studio Ltd. at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Mathmages unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. The terms app, application, game, game or video game include the interactive audiovisual products produced by Flying Saci Game Studio including all by-products inserted in them as characters, scenarios, images, sounds and computer codes.
1.2. The terms online platform or services cover digital media produced and made available by Flying Saci Game Studio on the world wide web such as websites, dashboards, blogs, content aggregators or any other website of the Flying Saci Game Studio brand or shared brand sites (including subdomain, international versions, widgets and mobile versions).
1.3. The term information involves facts and other information about you, including actions taken by users and non-users who interact with our products.
1.4. The term user data or data involves any data, including user content or information that you or a third party may obtain from Flying Saci Game Studio or provide to Flying Saci Game Studio through our apps, games or services.
1.5. The term use means to use, execute, copy, act or publicly expose, distribute, modify, translate and create derivative works.
1.6. The term app or app involves any app or website that can run on computers or mobile devices with or without online resources.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

2.1. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the game we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the game when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

2.3. Camera and Image Capture.
Flying Saci Game Studio games and applications that make use of images captured by the device's camera do not store or transmit such images to remote servers. The capture of the images has a purely ludic function in the context of the game that uses them, therefore being of exclusive use of the user during the game section and only in this context. Users can, however, share their pictures or screenshots by themselves on any media or platform they chose to. Flying Saci Game Studio has no responsibility on user's personal sharing decisions.
3. OUR USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

The Flying Saci Game Studio platform may display advertisements that will contain links to other sites and / or applications with which we will have prior contact and a total concern for the safety of users. Flying Saci Game Studio does not share your personal information with Third Party Applications and is not responsible for its privacy practices. In view of children's safety, Flying Saci Game Studio games will not feature advertisements or links to access content outside the context of the respective games.
5. DATA TRANSFER AND STORAGE
Flying Saci Game Studio is a Brazilian company, however the collection and storage servers integrated into our system can be located anywhere in the world. Even if you are not in Brazil, by registering through the games on the online platforms and sending your Personal Information, you agree with the transfer of them to Brazil and the use of them in accordance with the purposes for which they were initially collected.
6. SECURITY
The Personal Information we collect about you is stored on a secure, password-protected server and only authorized persons have access to this database. We use industry-standard encryption technologies regarding the receipt and transfer of Personal Information. However, despite our best efforts, no transmission over the Internet or cellular network and no other data storage method can be guaranteed to be secure 100% of the time.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13.We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. 8. OPTION TO REVIEW THIS PRIVACY POLICY
If the user wants to review the terms of this Privacy Policy or if the user has changed his or her mind about the previous agreement, it's always possible to read this Privacy Policy from the Settings menu in the game Main Screen and accept or refuse its terms and conditions.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to change the Privacy Agreement at any time, and at our sole discretion. Upon any change to the Privacy Agreement, we will post the amended agreement on our website and inform the user by email and in the game interface. In all cases, the use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Agreement in effect at the time that information is collected.
